I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room had a beautiful little patio area with an amazing view of the pool and the downtown skyline. The staff was incredibly helpful and even comped our room due to a long wait. The location was convenient, close to downtown and all the main attractions. The dining experience was a bit disappointing as breakfast wasn't included, but overall, it was a great value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were clean and had plenty of towels, but the second room wasn't ready promptly. The service was very friendly, from check-in to interactions with the bar/restaurant staff. The hotel's location was key for my trip, being within walking distance to Market Square and a short drive to the Riverwalk and the Alamo. The dining experience could have been better, as the food was cold and not of the highest quality.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the rooms were not as impressive for the price paid and I faced a minor issue with the key, they were impeccably clean. Despite these drawbacks, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was a definite highlight.
